CareerTide was founded with the mission of fostering peer mentorship in the financial services industry. We seek to increase the connectivity between students of diverse educational backgrounds and socioeconomic status. Our mentors, who work in industries ranging from private equity to management consulting, seek to help prepare younger college students for the difficulties of the recruiting process.
